What is motion sickness?
In our daily life, we often meet people who suffer from a common but mysterious disease medically known as motion sickness. People experience nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and other problems while traveling in a car even just by sitting in the vehicle, boat, or plane, it is considered a result of motion sickness.
Why do we have motion Sickness?
When we are sitting in a car our eyes, joints, muscles, and body is at rest but the inner ear registers motion. The inner ear’s system called the Vestibular helps to control the sense of balance and to send information to the brain about the body’s surroundings. The same happens when we are traveling in a boat on sea or river we stand or sit still but our inner ear will sense movement so the brain receives conflicting signals and as a result, people feel motion sickness.
But when we walk our body moves intentionally, and the brain receives coordinated messages from all parts
of the body.
That's why we don't feel motion sickness.
Who is at greater risk?
The truth is that anyone can experience motion sickness, but it is more common

Conclusion
Motion sickness is caused by the movement of a vehicle which causes disturbance
to the inner ear. Symptoms of motion sickness appear when our central
nervous system receives conflicting messages from the sensory systems: the inner ear, eyes, skin pressure receptors, and the muscle and joints. People suffering from
it feel nausea, headache, vomiting, indigestion, and unbalance. Motion sickness can
be prevented by taking a nap, chewing some ginger, taking a front seat, and by the side of a window, etc. Motion sickness is very bothersome for the sufferers.
